Old Man Winter Cancels Trip to Spain

Well, the first advice I would give when traveling would be to have patience.  I have traveled quite a bit and never had a canceled or even rerouted flight.  No such luck this time.  As you know, much of the eastern US has experienced severe winter weather.  My flight out of Charlotte Douglas International Airport was canceled.  After many folks researched extensively, there were no alternate routes that would get me to Spain.  All airports were/are really in a mess.  My trip to Spain was canceled altogether.  I was fortunate, in that I did not get stranded in Charlotte and my destination was not imperative.  The training that I was to receive on this Spain trip will be rescheduled.  For all my students, I will be in class on Monday morning!
